Our Custom Pro Pouches offer options like child-resistant zippers, custom sizes, and specialty materials and finishes. Standard production time is 15-18 business days after proof approval, with expedited production available for a separate rush fee. Choose from Lay-Flat or Stand-Up pouch styles, a variety of materials and laminates, and a fully custom size. Certified child-resistant zippers are also available in this program! Looking for an eco-friendly pouch option? Choose our plant-based film, which is 100% compostable and made from a combination of corn, cassava, wood pulp and beetroot. The zippers are typically made from corn, but they may also be sourced from soybean oil, sugarcane, beetroot, or algae. This film is compostable in environments with high amounts of moisture, aeration, heat, and most importantly – microorganisms. Help keep single-use plastics out of the environment with our plant-based film! We also offer in-store recyclable and post-consumer recycled films.

*Please note: Custom Pro Pouches have a minimum order quantity of 5,000 units per size, 1,000-2,500 units per SKU/artwork (depending on specifications), and a 15-18 business day estimated production time after proof approval date, plus shipping transit time. There is a fee of $125 for each additional artwork/SKU. Regarding payment, 50% of the order balance is due up front, and the remaining amount is required prior to shipment. Custom Pro Pouches carry a +/- 20% manufacturing tolerance. You will only be billed for the quantities that are shipped.
